Open in new process right-click menu, menu item removed in Ecxplorer Views?

I just set up my new computer and have installed Q-Dir. When I right click on a file I do not see the option to convert to a pdf or to combine pdf files. I can do this in Windows Explorer but not Q-Dir. I have Q-Dir 8.15. My last computer had an earlier version and I was able to right click and get the pdf options.?
I uninstalled Q-Dir 7.83 and reverted back to 6.57, where the problem does not exist. I also preferred the command "Open in New Process" to be available without having to press Shift when right-clicking a file or folder. After copying a file or folder, when I right-clicked an empty area of a folder to paste a shortcut, the "Paste Shortcut" item on the small context menu was grayed out. This occurred if I had copied the file or folder in Q-Dir, regardless of whether I attempted to paste the shortcut into the same or a different folder, and regardless of whether I used Q-Dir or Windows File Explorer to attempt the paste.?
